If one of your purchases fails to live up to reasonable expectations, feel free to return it for a replacement, refund or repair. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days for cash refund. No refund without proof of purchase. No refund on sale merchandise.

The staff at Channer’s are trained to recommend an outfit for any occasion. We are dedicated to ensuring you look your best—using the brands and variety of looks Channer’s have to offer. Whether it is a specific item, a wardrobe makeover, or just to enjoy an espresso while sneaking a peek at the latest fashions from around the world, our laid-back environment and skilled staff make it an enjoyable experience.

On-site tailoring is available at Channer’s. Any regular priced merchandise will be altered free of charge. For clothes that have already been worn, please consider our tailor and have the items cleaned prior to bringing them in. We are also happy to tailor merchandise bought elsewhere, however tailoring charges may apply.

Not only do we offer delivery, we will ship gifts or altered items across Canada, at our expense.
