Our Company
Channer’s Men’s Clothiers was formed in the fall of 1997. It previously operated under the trade name of Sammons & Channer in Westmount Shopping Centre. Channer’s moved to their present free-standing location on the corner of Wonderland and Commissioners in June 1999. In the fall of 2002, Channer’s expanded adding to their menswear and opening the ladies wear section – doubling in size and renaming to Channer’s Men’s Ladies Apparel. Since then, Channer’s has been adding new lines and exploring creative designers from around the world.
Recently, the men’s and ladies departments have added premier denim bringing the latest in quality fashion forward prominent brands. Channer’s Men’s Ladies Apparel is owned and operated by Peter and Trudy Channer, employing 25 people.

What is the return policy?
If one of your purchases fails to live up to reasonable expectations, feel free to return it for a replacement, refund or repair.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for exchange or in-store credit.
You have 7 days to return your item for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No refund without proof of purchase. No refund on sale merchandise.

Whether it is a specific item, a wardrobe makeover, or just to enjoy an espresso while sneaking a peek at the latest fashions from around the world, our laid-back environment and skilled staff make it an enjoyable experience.

- Style Consultations: Our experienced stylists will engage in an in-depth discussion of your lifestyle, preferences, and goals, offering expert advice on colours, cuts, and trends. We'll curate a selection of garments that match your unique style, helping you express yourself with confidence and build a wardrobe that reflects your professional image and aspirations.
- In-Store Wardrobe Consultation: Our experts will analyze your existing clothing, identify key pieces and missing essentials, and provide personalized recommendations for new additions and styling tips.
- Wedding Party Fitting (Men's): Our expert team will provide guidance on selecting the perfect attire, coordinating styles and colours, and ensuring a personalized fit for each member of the party.
Do you offer alterations or tailoring?
On-site tailoring is available at Channer’s. Any regular priced merchandise will be altered free of charge. For clothes that have already been worn, please consider our tailor and have the items cleaned prior to bringing them in. We are also happy to tailor merchandise bought elsewhere, however tailoring charges may apply.
Do you offer a delivery service?
Not only do we offer delivery, we will ship gifts or altered items across Canada, at our expense. See us in-store for details.
