Channer's has the best customer service I have ever experienced! Getting a suit for my fiancé was truly enjoyable. We walked into the store and Megan and Peter started to help us right away. They were both so knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't try to push a product on us. They taught us so much about fabrics and suits. Overall, we left feeling happy with the suit we got and we were so shocked at how great the customer service was at Channers. We actually talked afterwards about our experience and how no store has compared to the customer service we experienced at Channer's. In fact, my future mother-in-law is going today to check out the Ladies department.Thank you Megan and Peter for making getting a suit for our wedding enjoyable. :)

Very knowledgeable staff. Bryan's recommendations were different from mine but after purchasing what he recommended I received numerous compliments on my attire. The quality is exceptional. I even had a problem with a shirt and they looked after it with no questions asked. This is a place I prefer to deal with.

Recently moved to London and was getting married this summer and prefer higher end clothing so decided to check out Channer's. From day one, they have been nothing short of exceptional. The prices are standard for what you would pay at a Harry Rosen's and if there is a difference and Channer's is higher (which I haven't seen) I am more than ok with paying a higher price for the exceptional and personal service I receive at Channer's. I have shopped at Harry's and the staff won't even acknowledge me because I'm a nobody to them - the staff at Channer's treated me like royalty from the first time I stepped foot in the door. You want the best clothes and the best service in London? Go to Channer's and ask for Scott!

Phenomenal service (thanks Daniel!. Very limited casual men's wear. However, what they do carry is high quality. I'd rate it higher if there was more selection and if the common sizes were not seemingly always sold out. Suit selection, on the other hand, was pretty decent and they carry a variety of quality and price points.

I'd like to highlight Megan in particular, for being not only knowledgeable and professional, but also a pleasure to work with.Their made to measure suits are fantastic. I had my wedding suit made there - it was well-made, high quality, and as a result, both comfortable and stylish. I think what makes this a 5/5 for me is the professionalism Megan and the team showed when a miscommunication arose with my brother's suit [for my wedding]. Without getting into details, Channer's made it right. They resolved the issue perfectly, and as a result, earned a loyal customer.

Today was my first experience shopping at Channer’s, I’m so glad I did. My husband and I both had a phenomenal experience looking for winter coats. I was a bit nervous bringing in young kids, but the staff were more than accommodating and helpful. They had an impressive collection of different styles to choose from.
